Today I am doing a blog review. It’s my first Blog Review so bear with me and laugh at my errors if you must😋
Everything I say here is to either give feedback, constructive criticism, or help. I mean nothing in a bad way.
My first blog review is the blog: Lucky Elise 👇
You may be wondering, “Corrie, why are you reviewing her blog?” Well, if you have been following my Face Reveal series then you know darn well why.
But if not, then I guess I can give you a pass, (just once😈).
Anyway, here is the last post in the Face Reveal series:
Lets get right into it.
1st up: Homepage!
I like the homepage. The menu is easy to locate and not overcomplicated (like someone else’s I know…… I’m sure you guys know who I’m talking about.) You did a good job on making the homepage simple and cute. I love the way it’s set up and what you have written on it.
Now, let’s talk about the menu:
The first Item on the menu is: “Lucky Elise”. Clicking on Lucky Elise takes you to the homepage.
“Blog Feed” takes you to her first post and a list of her latest posts:
The last item is “About”. Clicking on this takes you to a page that Elise wrote telling the reader about herself and things she likes. It also has her YouTube channel and other blog.
I would recommend to her, to put the links to the sites and channel on the page as well.
Search:
If you are looking for a specific post or tag you can click on the search button located on the top of the page and find it easily. I love search buttons, it makes things much easier to find when browsing a site.
Content:
What does Lucky Elise post?
Elise posts a lot of school essays and reports. They are usually very fun to read and fact filled.
Some of them are:
She also posts custom contests that she makes. One of which I am participating in right now.
Autumn Drawing Contest Part 4!!!!
These have been very fun.
Tag/Challenges/Awards:
Elise also participates in Tags, Challenges, & Awards. Some of which I have nominated her for:
I Was Nominated For The Inkys Custom Contest!!!
In conclusion, Lucky Elise is a neat site. The menu is easy to use, the search button is very helpful (I should know, it helped me find her posts when making this), and the content is fun to read and participate in, in the case of a contest or tag.
